Terms of service

1. Acceptance
By creating an account or using IdeaCoach(“the Service”) you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.
2. Your account
You're responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your login secure. You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service.
3. Acceptable use
Only sync content you have the right to access. Don't use the Service to break the law, infringe others' rights, or abuse, reverse-engineer, or overload the platform.
4. Subscriptions & payments
Paid plans are billed through Stripe. Monthly Pro renews until cancelled; the lifetime plan is a one-time payment. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable. Prices may change with notice.
5. Referrals
Referral rewards are credited when a referred user becomes a paying Pro subscriber. We may withhold rewards for fraudulent or abusive referral activity.
6. Your content
You own your bookmarks and ideas. You grant us the limited license needed to operate the Service for you (storing and processing your content to deliver features). We make no claim of ownership.
7. Third-party services
The Service relies on third parties including X, Anthropic, Supabase, and Stripe. We aren't responsible for their availability or changes to their platforms.
8. Disclaimer
The Service provides suggestions and coaching for informational purposes only and is not financial, legal, or professional advice. Business outcomes are your responsibility. The Service is provided “as is” without warranties.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, IdeaCoach is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the prior 12 months.
